Ahh...stress. Who doesn't have stress sometime every day? Especially with the holidays coming up or the end of semesters that lead to tests/finals/papers/etc.
Stress is all around!
How is stress usually handled?
Well if your like me and most Americans...we eat! And were not just talking the usual 3 square meals a day. Were talking binging and gorging until the stress goes away!
Along with that binging, the exercising stops. WHY? Well because you are stressed and have a lot on your plate. You have so much going on, why would you want to add more? Right?
So in so many words STRESS=WEIGHT GAIN=MORE STRESS=MORE WEIGHT GAIN=

So how do we stop it?
