Short but Sweet

Tonight I really didn't have time to do a long workout. If you read BJ's blog you know that we don't have a bathroom due to remodeling and we have to go to my in-law's to take showers. Anyways, since I was short on time I decided to do the WOD on CrossFit's website. It went something like this...

5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Squats
**As many rounds in 20 min.

I ended up doing 14 rounds. Pretty good, but I could do better. Always can do better.

I am really going to start working on my pull ups and my pistols because in 6 months I have to be able to do at least 1 of each at the Level II RKC. But that is for tomorrow...
