My Case Study: Sarah After 12 Weeks
Last week Sarah finished up her 12 weeks with the Train Like A Girl program. The program consisted of training 3 days per week (yes, that is all...3) and a complete personalized nutrition program. So how did she do???
During the 12 weeks Sarah has lost a total of 12 pounds scale weight. So, about a pound a week from the scale.
Pretty good, right?
Well, what if I told you that even though the scale only said "12 pounds lost", she actually lost a total of 20 pounds of FAT and gained 6 pounds of muscle and lost a total of 9 inches overall!!!!
Yes, that is right! Sarah has lost a total of 20 pounds of FAT in just 12 weeks!!!
Here are Sarah's before and after pics...
I am not the only one happy as can be about Sarah's overall progress. Here is what Sarah has to say about the program...
I joined TLAG because I was feeling horrible physically even though I thought I was being "healthy" by exercising regularly and kinda watching what I ate. My doctor gave me a wake-up call and said I would have diabetes in 10 years. TLAG created a program - nutrition and workout that is challenging and works. I realize now that occasionally watching what you eat is not the same as being dedicated and accountable for what you put in your body. It's not easy in the beginning, it's a lifestyle change if you really want results. I'm not saying that I don't have a treat every once in a while, but one treat doesn't mean I throw the nutrition to the wind the rest of the day or the rest of the week. One cookie doesn't justify eating a whole box. I have the body I earned now by the choices I made and now I'm working really hard to get the body and health I want and deserve. I want to actually be healthy for myself and for my family, so I can give them the best version of me too. Plus, I want to wear cuter outfits and not pay double the price. The workout is amazing, it pushes me forward, doesn't let me slack. I actually see changes in my body, my clothes fit better, I feel more energetic, I get compliments from friends and co-workers. I'm not as winded as I used to be and look forward to workouts, like really really look forward to them. It's an awesome way to relieve my stress from work and from home. It's easier to stay on the nutrition and after being on it for a few weeks, my cravings subsided. I would recommend TLAG to anyone serious about their health and wants to change. TLAG makes your goals attainable. REPEAT - YOUR GOALS ARE ATTAINABLE, you just have to stick with it and be accountable.
Happy to say that Sarah has decided to continue with another 12 weeks of TLAG and I am so excited to see what is to come for her!!!
