Killer Workout!

Today was my conditioning day. I love to do conditioning because it usually kicks my butt. Today was no exception! Here is what I did...

AM: Eliptical 30 min of Intervals

PM: Ladders
KB swings 30 sec
Rest 30 sec
KB swings 30 sec
Squats 30 sec
Rest 30 sec
KB swings 30 sec
Squats 30 sec
Step-Ups 30 sec
Rest 30 sec
KB swings 30 sec
Squats 30 sec
Step-Ups 30 sec
KB swings 30 sec
Rest 30 sec
KB swings 30 sec
Squats 30 sec
Step-Ups 30 sec
KB swings 30 sec
Squats 30 sec
Rest 30 sec
