Feels Good to be Filthy!

Today I did CrossFit's WOD "The Filthy Fifty". I did this workout awhile ago, but today I felt better doing it. Here was the workout...

For time:
50 Box jump, 12 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 16kg
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 30 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

The whole workout took me 38:16.

I felt great after the workout and I am glad I decided to do this particular workout today.
